Ownership and management

Owned and managed by Santa Maria Educational Society, an undertaking of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kooroppada, Kottayam. The Vicar of the church is the Manager. He is assisted by a school managing committee.

H.G.R Rev. Dr. Joseph Perumthottam, Arch Bishop of Changanacherry, is the patron of our school.

Under the eminent leadership of Rev. Dr. Joseph Puthuparampil the school started functioning on 1st June 2002 and upgraded to a Junior College in 2008.

Present Status

At present , the school offers knowledge from Play school to Plus Two. Composite affiliation for Secondary School Examination on 17-11-2004.(No. CNSE/AFF 930522/ 33411-15)

The scheme of studies, the scheme of examinations and the course of study prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi are strictly followed. Text books prepared by the national Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi are used as per direction of CBSE. The medium of instruction is English.
